How can patient recruitment and investigator engagement be improved in clinical trials? For this project, we developed a practical concept that supports operational teams in reducing friction points across the entire study journey.
Based on the need to improve patient recruitment and more actively engage investigator sites, we identified critical touchpoints within the study workflow. From there, we created targeted solutions – including clearly structured referral materials, a simple registration for investigator meetings, and thoughtfully designed meeting kits. Each element is built to lower barriers to participation, maintain attention, and encourage interaction. The result is a practical, fully executable approach that integrates seamlessly into existing study structures and delivers tangible value.
